يتم تأكيد الحجز بدفع سعر الجلسة مقدمًا قبل موعد الجلسة بحد أقصى يوم واحد، وذلك حفاظًا على النظام وجدية الحضور. Booking is confirmed by paying the session price in advance, at least one day before the session date, to maintain order and attendance seriousness.

يتم إلغاء المواعيد غير المؤكدة بالدفع تلقائيًا. Unconfirmed appointments without payment are automatically canceled.

⏳ سياسة الإلغاء والتأجيل ⏳ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

إذا كنت ترغب في تأجيل أو إلغاء الحجز بعد التأكيد، يجب إبلاغنا بذلك قبل الموعد المحجوز ب**24 ساعة**، وإلا يتحمل العميل تكلفة الجلسة. If you wish to reschedule or cancel a booking after confirmation, you must notify us at least **24 hours** before the scheduled appointment, otherwise the client bears the session cost.

⏱️ التأخير عن الجلسة ⏱️ Late Arrival for Sessions

يتم خصم التأخير من وقت الجلسة، وإذا زاد التأخير عن نصف ساعة يتم إلغاء الجلسة ويتحمل العميل تكلفتها. Late arrival time is deducted from the session duration. If the delay exceeds half an hour, the session is canceled and the client bears its cost.

📅 الاشتراكات 📅 Subscriptions

يجب الالتزام بموعد الحد الأقصى للاشتراك للاستفادة بكامل عدد الجلسات. حيث ينتهي الاشتراك بانتهاء المدة المسموحة. Clients must adhere to the maximum subscription period to benefit from the full number of sessions. The subscription ends when the allowed period expires.

🚫 التواصل مع المعالجين 🚫 Contacting Therapists

لا يتم التواصل مع المعالجين في المركز إلا من خلال الجلسات، أو عبر إدارة المركز في حالة الضرورة. Communication with therapists at the center is only through sessions, or through the center's management when necessary.

🚨 حالات الطوارئ 🚨 Emergency Situations

في حالات الطوارئ، يرجى التوجه إلى أقرب مستشفى أو الاتصال بالنجدة، حيث أن المركز غير مهيأ للتعامل مع الطوارئ. In emergency situations, please go to the nearest hospital or contact emergency services, as the center is not equipped to handle emergencies.
